"The smaller size that other Topsail houses was ideal. The distance from ground to living space, kitchen to bedroom and bath pleasantly short. The path behind the neighboring house to the public beach access meant that access to the beach was as good as a walkway directly to the beach. The only downside was the air conditioner broke down. The owner responded immediately with 2 mobile air conditioning units and subsequently a 3rd, which together fully cooled the house for the rest of the week. An air conditioning mechanic evaluated the problem, but required parts did not arrive before we departed."

"This is our second time visiting Topsail and this was a wonderful place to stay. It was clean. Beautiful view. The neighbors on either side were so courteous and considerate. I would recommend staying here. There were no issues at all. "

"This condo is absolutely adorable! It has an amazing view of the ocean and everything you need so all that you have to bring is groceries! So very tastefully decorated just as in the photos! The bed and pillows were very comfortable and everything was very clean. I truly have nothing negative to say, my family stayed in 2 other condos in this building and were a little envious of “mine” when they came over. I will add though(for us over 50 crowd)that there is no ramp or elevator to this part of the building so make sure your up to climbing stairs with your suitcases etc. or bring someone strong and athletic with you to help. Also, did I mention the view?!! Thank you Herb and Christine!! "

"Check in/out was a breeze, the unit was clean and well stocked with most everything you could need. Downstairs area is amazing for after the beach lounging. Could use a gas grill instead of charcoal. Other than that, 5 minute walk to beach, perfect for couples and we hope to stay again! "

"This duplex was the nicest we have stayed in! We have taken family vacations to various beaches in NC for 5 years now and this place was exactly what we have been looking for! Deanna was so responsive and friendily. We received information about the house timely and were very informed. The house was well stocked and SO CLEAN! I have high standards for cleanliness and this was perfect! Beautiful furniture and well maintained. Being right on the beach was great and the walk out was not far at all and again, well maintained. This was perfect for our family of 4. We did wish there was one more bathroom, but we made it work for the week with no issues. The view was beautiful! We will definitely stay again!"
