"The suite was spacious but some parts were about working as expected. The fan settings were difficult to control. The tv remote was low on battery. The washer only had cold water. They should check to ensure all equipments are working properly. The elevators sometimes took forever to get down to the lobby. There needs to be improvements on those settings."

"Great location, close to public transport, shops and restaurants. Very clean, easy to get fresh towels or amenities by using app to request more."

"The service at the hotel was excellent. Best we received in Australia. The rooms are excellent. Your own laundry, quiet sleeping room, full kitchen. You can buy and cook your own food. It’s excellent A lot of restaurants close by, though, if you choose to go that way"
