"We really enjoyed our stay ay Sandcastle. Our deluxe waterfront suite was incredible, just steps from the pool, the beach, and the restaurant. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The menu at the beachfront restaurant was varied and the entrees were excellent. The only downside was the distance from Christiansted. We would definitely stay there again but extend our stay to two weeks at least."

"The stay started a lil rough but the leadership staff particularly the general manager, Al, saved the stay. He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable for the right reasons. We will definitely return bc of his efforts. He allowed us to see the beauty of the resort and such. Awesome grounds, good food, wonderful beach. "

"When I first read reviews of Tamarind, the reviews were mixed. I decided to take a chance and we couldn’t have been happier. The room was spacious and clean. The location of our room was fantastic, I walked out with my coffee every morning and was greeted by the ocean. The pool was right there and my daughter loved that. The pool was large, overlooking the ocean and well maintained. The location was great. The staff were beyond wonderful. They were so friendly, welcoming and were eager to help with anything we needed. Special shoutout to Lala, WOW, what a hard worker and a genuinely great person!!! The restaurant also got a bad rap on some reviews, however, the staff were absolutely wonderful, excellent service, and the food was pretty good. I would definitely go here again in the future! Thank you to everyone at Tamarind for helping to make our stay memorable!"

"Overall even with storms was a great stay"

"The best hotel. Looks exactly like the pictures. They come around daily and ask if you want service. Everyone was just so nice. If you’re debating just book it you won’t regret it. Stayed in room 4 an end unit and the views were honestly breathtaking. Lots of nice walkable restaurants around however, I highly suggest renting a car. Cell service is also bad in this area however they do have free WiFi that worked great. We downloaded the offline map of St. Croix on Apple Maps and was able to get around fine without cell service. Would definitely stay here 10 times over. "
