The parking was not ideal - part of the road was flooded so it was impossible to park without blocking someone else’s car. There is no decent view from the apartment. "Looking at this property you might wonder why it is not more expensive. The building is lovely, the apartment is gorgeous, and the host leaves niceties like ear plugs and toothbrushes. The answer is the location. It is in an area of downtown that has not been gentrified, and considering the close proximity of the state subsidized housing it is somewhat unlikely it will be soon. "We walked around the harbor a bit before finding the boat. Glad the hosts were so responsive! The boat is outfitted with everything you need. Bathroom is tiny but entirely functional (instructions for toilet and shower could be included with the check-in information in the future, to have it up front). Beds are delightfully cozy.
