The spacious open-concept living area includes a comfortable living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a wine cooler. The large primary suite has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. A separate smaller cottage nearby offers a Queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and en-suite bathroom, ideal for couples or older children.

For entertainment, the cottage includes Netflix and Apple TV, central air-conditioning, WiFi, and complimentary bikes. A BBQ and lounge area provide additional outdoor relaxation. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with a set of twin bunk beds, making it ideal for accommodating two children or two individuals sharing a room. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a half bath off the main living area, providing added convenience. A den/office space completes the layout of Sunnyhill Cottage.

• Bus Service: A convenient 5-minute walk to the main road, North Side Road (Old Robin Rd). Public minibuses serve the East End and can be flagged along the main road, offering routes to and from George Town, North Side, and Frank Sound.

Supermarket and Sunday Closures:

Foster's and Shopright Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food. Chisholm’s Grocery in Northside is around 15 minutes drive.

Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. However, this can be pre-ordered and delivered prior to arrival. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.
