Welcome to Coral Vista, Cayman's newest luxury vacation home, located on the island's pristine northern coast.



Three stories of master-planned construction, encompassing 7,000 sqft of space for family and friends to enjoy, along with an immaculately landscaped yard, 100 feet of white sandy beach along the Caribbean Sea, and a swimming pool complete with a 50-foot infinity edge, swim-up bar, and tanning ledge, will help you create the vacation of a lifetime.



From the moment you walk through the entryway, you'll have incredible panoramic views of the blue Caribbean waters. The open floor plan, with 10-foot ceilings throughout, connects the oversized family room to the dining room and a kitchen that would appease even the most seasoned Chef. Just off the family room, you will find a separate entertainment room, equipped with a wet bar and a secondary fridge. Pour a glass of scotch or mix your favorite cocktail while shooting a game of pool overlooking the ocean.



Coral Vista has 10 bedrooms, including 3 oceanfront master suites, one on the ground floor of the residence, and two on the second. Each of the oceanfront suites is equipped with a King bedroom set, flat-screen TV, en suite bathroom, and stunning direct views of the beautiful water.



The house has a 4th oversized king suite, with en suite bath, located in the southeastern corner of the house. The suite has a flat screen TV as well as a small home office for any work you may have to attend to.



The ground floor also contains two other private suites on the western side of the house. They share a spacious bathroom and are ideal for a family traveling together as part of a larger group. One of the rooms is outfitted with a queen bed, the other with either two twin XL beds, or a king (can be arranged prior to your arrival). Facing west, the rooms are a wonderful choice for anyone who prefers to sleep in, as it will stay quite dark in the early mornings.



On the second floor, in addition to the dual oceanfront suites, Coral Vista has a king suite complete with a connected, private nursery. This suite comes with an en suite bath and is designed for families traveling with very young children. The nursery, which adjoins the main room, is equipped with a crib, changing table, and rocking chair to make a vacation with the little ones a bit smoother. We can also help arrange for the room to be stocked with baby supplies prior to your visit.



The second floor also has two private suites on the western side of the house, similar to the ground floor. These two share a private en suite bath, one being equipped with a queen bed, the other a bunk bed, complete with trundle (3 twin beds in total).



The centerpiece of the upstairs, however, is the oversized entertainment room. Sleeping 3-6 comfortably (if needed) with triple bunk beds, the upstairs entertainment room also contains an array of options for kids (or adults!) of all ages. Try your luck at Skee-ball. There is also air hockey, ping pong, and bubble hockey, as well as a 75 inch TV. The entertainment room is equipped with an array of board games to enjoy as well.



Continue up to the 3rd floor, which has an extension of the entertainment room, complete with arcade games (Pac-man, Sega Outrun, NBA Jam, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Star Wars, among others), a lobby and concession area complete with a vintage popcorn machine, and an 11 seat stadium-style movie theatre.



Coral Vista comes fully stocked with almost anything you could want during your stay. All bed linens are Egyptian cotton, and luxury bath towels and oversized pool towels are in abundance. You will find plush robes with the Coral Vista logo to use during your stay.



As you exit the house to the backyard, you'll find yourself on the spacious patio leading up to Coral Vista's world-class pool. Relax in the sun or shade in any of the ample seating around the patio, or jump in the refreshing water. Inside the pool, you'll find more than enough space for a party of any size. The views of the ocean, overlooking the 50-foot infinity edge, are breathtaking. The 16x16 gazebo covers the pool's swim-up bar, where you can enjoy a drink in the shade while listening to the waves crash onto the beach.



Beyond the pool deck, only 50 feet of white powdery sand separate you from the Caribbean, where you will find some of the best snorkeling on the island. The reef is located less than 100 feet from the shoreline, with shallow waters inside, and the tropical sea life is incredible. You'll find complimentary snorkel sets of every size at the house to use during your stay, as well as water shoes if needed. If snorkeling isn't your thing you can try exploring the ocean in one of Coral Vista's 5 kayaks. Life jackets, fitting everyone from infants, to children, to adults of all sizes will be located at the house and are recommended when using the kayaks.



Fire up the beachside grill, or try our built-in pizza oven at Coral Vista's outdoor kitchen. If you are cooking in, our outdoor dining has seating for up to 16. Take advantage of the seaside cabana while you listen to the ocean waves.

-13% Cayman Islands Government Tax is added to all rates, as with any hotel, house, villa or condo in Cayman.



-There is an additional guest fee of $15 per person per night over 12 guests.



-No pets allowed without prior approval and written permission.



-No parties, events, or weddings without prior approval and written permission.



-Coral Vista will accommodate up to 24 guests. Please let us know in advance if you have a larger party and would like a specific setup.



-Coral Vista requires a $2500, fully refundable security deposit and rental agreement to be signed to finalize your booking.



-Most stores in Cayman are closed on Sundays, so plan accordingly.

Cancellation Policy/Trip Insurance

Our cancellation policy is non-refundable after booking. For last-minute emergencies and general cancellations, we refer and can help set up travel insurance, which covers almost all situations where someone would have to cancel last minute. We recommend purchasing a “cancel for any reason” policy for the most flexibility.



Transportation- Car Rental

We would certainly recommend rental cars for the trip!

All the rental shops adjoin the airport, so the best approach is usually to use one of the large travel sites (orbitz, expedia) and book the best rate. The prices are very reasonable and the drive in is quite easy. You should be able to reserve without putting a credit card down.

Location from the Airport?

The house is about a 25-30 minute drive from the airport. A lot of the drive is one two lane road along the ocean.

Airport Transfer Options

Majestic Tours could provide the service for a big group if you would like to go that route. We always recommend rental cars, however.



Is there any daily cleaning option or private chef?

There are no staff included with the house, however, we do have a wonderful chef we can refer over who can set up everything from meals, including shopping, to bartending services! If you wanted to reach out. After booking, let us know you’d like their info and they would be able to pass along sample menus and pricing. They can handle everything from shopping, meal prep, serving and cleaning up and can customize anything you would like.

As to housekeeping, they come before and after the stay, though we have had a few guests who have requested daily cleanings and it can certainly be arranged for an additional fee.



Food & Shopping

Are there any shops/restaurants within walking distance to the home?

There are a number of restaurants within about a 10 minute radius of the house. For groceries, there is a small store walking distance that has most essentials, but a somewhat limited selection of meats and produce. The nearest full size store is about 15 mins away.



Here are the restaurants we recommend nearby:

Over the Edge (2 miles ), Kaibo (4 miles), The Caboose (3 miles), Tukka (8 miles), South Coast Bar and Grill (7 miles) are all open within about 10 minutes.





Pre-arrival Grocery Stocking

You can place on online order with delivery from one of our local stores, and have it set to be delivered while housekeeping is prepping the house. They will make sure everything is stocked away when you arrive.



Is the water/ beach swimmable?

Yes, the water is very swimmable. The sand runs to the ocean, which is somewhat rare on the this side of the island. A lot of the shoreline over there has iron shore or is rocky. The reef is about 150' offshore, and the water is generally between 2 and 7 feet…
