"House was very comfortable and looked recently cleaned, but the lounge rug was quite dirty and found a pillowcase on the bed with mold on it. Was very clean aside from those things, easily accessible and would definitely stay again."

"This was an emergency stay for us as our home had been flooded and insurance was paying. It was close to where we live so we were able get back home quickly to help with the clean up. So it was not a holiday but an excellent place to stay under the circumstances. Loved the bathrooms."

"Our group of adults and teenagers attending a school competition in Takapuna thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is designed to accommodate and entertain a large group staying together. Beautiful lighting and comfortable throughout. The teenagers loved the pool table and hot tub (too cold for the pool, this time). Loray is very friendly, easy to communicate with, and helpful."
