A magical retreat in the heart of the Gold Country
Our family stayed at the campsite for a weekend where we had gone rafting and wanted to spend more time enjoying the local rivers. The hosts were fantastic, treating us more like family showing up to visit than guests at a campground. They helped us get settled and were available with tips and recommendations for the area.
The property is expertly set up for groups of all types, from campers and glampers to a full wedding party in the main retreat center.
The gardens were amazing! We spent a long time touring them and marveling at the beautifully tended crops and fruit trees. Our timing was good (August) to be able to sample stone fruits that were bursting on the branches of all the trees at once.
We look forward to visiting again with groups of friends!
