"We stayed for almost a week in this location - it is centrally located for where we needed to be. The description I would use is rustic! There is the minimum supplies there - we liked that there was enough coffee supplies to get us going. There is a bottom suite but we only heard them a couple times and it was always during awake hours. "My family enjoyed our stay at this property. It's tucked at the end of a quiet cul de sac on a shared, steep driveway with a house further in back. The main living area upstairs is cozy, but plenty adequate for a small family. The lower floor great for storage and has a laundry room. The kitchen had plenty of space to prepare meals and the natural lighting and view was perfect. "Wonderful 2 night stay at this new and private home. Exceptionally clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated. Close to UVic. Still had the new home smell, lol. Well stocked for cooking and comfort. We look forward to staying again in the near future. "

"The cabin has a lovely setting in the forest. It is close enough to town (15-20 minute drive) and also close to many hiking trails. There is a lake near by where we saw people swimming.
