"Situated off multiple highways in a business area, high commercial truck traffic. Dont pass up the sign! It is hidden well. The room is older but is clean, fresh paint. Frig and microwave on small side. I stayed for 5 nights and was comfortable, the area is quiet. Grocery within 3 miles, Wendys in adjacent parking lot. Visited cuyahoga national forest and brecksville reservation. Cleveland Zoo approx 25 minutes away. "

"This property has so much potential! It was clean and the room fit our needs. There should be coffee cups and a tray at the coffee maker space. Sprucewood looks like a project in progress which is great, but attention should be paid to the entrance area to make it more inviting. There are some wonderful landscape pieces around the building but the weeds need to be pulled and mulch or river rock laid around the plantings. Bringing this property to it's potential is certainly an expensive...

"The building definitely has some crazy odors, but the room itself smelled really nice. It was clean and comfy. I stayed with my husband and 2 year old and it was a little small for us but would definitely stay again if it was just me and my husband! Host was amazing and had great communication.
