"This place is perfect if you just want no-nonsense accommodations, an incredibly friendly and informative host, and easy access to any of the reasons you might be visiting Fairbanks. Nancy's advice helped us see the Northern Lights at some amazing locations and get the fullest experience out of our 4 day trip. The bed is also EXTREMELY comfortable, possibly the most comfortable bed I've ever had while traveling. The kitchen is a little cramped but totally workable if you can work in a small space. I highly recommend staying here if you are going to visit Fairbanks."

"My husband and I spent our 11th anniversary together here! The property was absolutely beautiful and our hosts made us feel more than welcome. I loved the heated floors, the decor, and the snacks/drink mixes set out for us. Heather was more than helpful offering the grill/chairs/and fire pit for our use. We enjoyed seeing Chena Hot Springs and Denali national park. Our last day there was a surprise of beautiful snow in May, and we got to see a moose walking in the snow along the river. Such a quiet and enjoyable time! "

"My family traveled from FL, TN, and Juneau to watch my daughter graduate from UAF. The home was everything we expected and more. The hosts were super helpful and responsive. The home is absolutely stunning and exactly what the pictures look like. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee and other items that made our stay so comfortable. We saw two moose in the morning across the river between 5-6am, beaver, and many birds daily. I highly recommend this home."
