"This was our first B&B experience, and we loved it! The house was charming, and we really enjoyed sitting on the front porch. The location was great—easy walk to downtown and to the benches along Lake Michigan for sunset. Be sure to book a day or sunset sail in advance because they sell out. Petoskey is also a beautiful little town, just 20 minutes away. Steffan was a wonderful host and truly wants you to enjoy your stay. And waking up to the smell of his homemade breakfast was the best—it was delicious! We’d definitely stay here again!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such a nice, relaxing, quiet area. Just what we needed! Went to the Lake several times a day, combing the water for Petoskey stones, which was VERY successful. Watched the sunsets nearly every night and was greeted by the deer every morning and evening. Great area to bike and loved being so close to Charlevoix. Farmers Market, restaurants, boat watching, shopping, going to Shorts and Alden Spice Mill, Petoskey, seeing the Mushroom Houses are just a few of the highlights. Have already highly recommended this place to our family and friends."

"We enjoyed our stay. The room was nicer than it looked online, but pretty straightforward. Breakfast was nice with lots of fruit. It wasn’t very noisy as some have said. We really couldn’t hear the road noise."

"This cottage was adorable!! It had really close beach access and was an easy, enjoyable walk to town. It was a great size for our family of 5. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This was our family's third stay at this property and we love and appreciate it more with each vacation here! Ample room to accommodate our large brood with instructions/pertinent information laid out perfectly. We had a few newbies that were able to come this time and they remarked that now they understood why we raved about it so. Close to town yet still offered a country, woodsy feel. The private beach right on the big lake was a HIT with all the younger ones. Having king beds in 4 of the bedrooms is a definite plus. We're saddened to see that, as of now, we can't book for next summer as there's no available slots that mesh with our schedules. Hoping that something will free up! Hosts are super to work with."
