On the very first day of my stay, I was surprised to find a beautifully prepared birthday cake waiting for me in the room. "Lovely hotel. Staff were excellent, great facilities (especially the pool area was well appreciated). Had a view of the harbour which was nice. And the rooftop viewing deck is incredible at sunset. Location is a little bit away from other sights, but it’s well connected by bus or train. The room was maybe a little dated, but I definitely enjoyed my stay. Thank you"

"Room was a good size with very comfy beds, a choice of pillows, mini fridge, full size bath towels, and great water pressure. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel is attached to a large mall with many dining options. Good for families or those who want to shop. "
