"From the moment I set foot in the Ibis North Point property I gained a very favourable impression of the way in which the hotel is managed. Each and every staff member I encountered was very professional and genuinely friendly. I requested a room high up in the building, and was duly assigned one. The view of the harbour and its shipping traffic was spectacular: a real plus point.
