"I was charged $566 in February on this credit card in February for this stay. When checking out my receipt is $385.00! Why overcharged $180 . I stayed at Homewood Suite this past weekend."

"We had a great stay overall. The room was clean, and the staff were very kind. The gentleman at the check-in counter was especially professional and welcoming. The only small issue was that one of the extra sheets for the couch bed had a stain on it. Aside from that, everything was wonderful. We’ve had a few not-so-great experiences during past visits, but this time definitely restored our trust. We’re really glad we gave this hotel another chance, and we’ll be happy to stay again. "The hotel looks like it need to be cleaned upon walking in. The staff at the desk was loud and talking using slang. The elevator had a strange and funky smell. My 1st room was ok however it was dusty and moldy. The 2nd room the toliet wasn't cleaned. I woke up to a leaky ceiling and water all over the floor in the bathroom water getting in my hair on my clothes. I was upset. I have trying to rest the manager for 2 weeks without any help"

"Started at the entrance. Guy at front doors saying the f-word many, many times loudly. Dirt in corner, dirty carpet, no hot water, Could not adjust fridge temp(too warm)and very noisy. One very inflated price online and much better price at the desk. The whole first floor being renovated. No fun at the price we paid."
