There was a hole in the “guest bathroom” behind the door, hair on the walls in the main bathroom, finger prints still on the tables we noticed as soon as we walked in. We understand these things happen but it was off putting that there is a lot of wear and tear with paint coming off areas, scuffs on the walls that just made it feel dirty. "We ended up in two different rooms for our stay. The first room had cockroaches in the bathroom then the water AND the heat stopped working. The second room was a downgrade from the first with barely any water pressure and a broken toilet. We had to wash up in the sink. There was white dog fur everywhere from whomever stayed there previously and there were ALSO cockroaches in THAT room. We had to wash every dish before we could even cook in the room because the dishes were dirty. Just over"
