"The room was okay and clean. The hallways, elevator, and any public space for sure needed some TLC and a good cleaning. The pool was okay, my kids enjoyed it."

"AC didn’t work in the first room. Pictures of rooms are not what they look like. Hot tub was green and pool was dirty. And the owner was screaming at his wife when I came in to check in. Not a nice man"

"The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Although the cable didn't work when I entered the room the front desk fixed it right away. There were no bugs. However, the bed was as hard as a rock and you could feel the springs. I had to sleep on a blow up mattress bought at the store. All the side lamps were bright so not really the type of light you would want to leave on to walk to the bathroom at night. The tallest lamp kept going out because the plug did not fit snug in the outlet. The...

"The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. There was a large loud group and she made sure we were far away from that. Our room ac was not working and they walked us through on how to fix it. It didn’t blow super cool but it did work. Room remained pretty humid. Comfortable room, the shower door was off the track and my husband fixed that. All and all an ok stay especially for the location price and vicinity to where we wanted to be."
