Guest Access:
All Windemere amenities are available for your use, except the fitness center and gas grills / fire pit table on the sundeck. Self-check-in is a breeze with our secure digital keypad, and we’ve got you covered with parking passes for two vehicles, including covered parking on levels 1 and 2 of the parking garage..

The Neighborhood:
Windemere Beachfront Oasis is tucked in the Ocean Drive area of North Myrtle Beach, a vibrant spot known for its coastal charm. A quick stroll will take you to Main Street, where you can enjoy local dining, entertainment, and nightlife. For golf lovers, North Myrtle Beach is home to some of the best courses, and families will find plenty of nearby activities to keep everyone entertained.

Getting Around:
2 parking passes per rental and should be displayed at all times.

Transport and Accessibility
The area is well-connected with local transportation options, including Uber and Lyft, making it convenient for guests to explore wider areas or travel to and from the airport. The neighborhood’s layout is also pedestrian-friendly, encouraging walking and biking along scenic routes.

Other Things to Note:

✓ Quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM
✓ No smoking or vaping (up to $500 fee applies for violations)
✓ No parties or events allowed
✓ Guests must be 25+ to book
✓ A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the entry door of the condo.
✓ Please follow all HOA rules/postings during your stay. (HOA rules are posted on the lobby level near the elevator)
✓ The HOA does not allow golf carts, motorcycles, or trailers.
✓ The HOA does not allow pets or emotional support animals.
✓ 2025 HOA Pest Control Dates: HOA pest control company will treat all units Quarterly on the second Wednesday of the month. Remaining 2025 Dates: July 9 and October 8.
✓ Pool / Hot Tub Disclaimer: In the event of maintenance or changing HOA procedures, host does not guarantee pool / hot tub use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure. No refunds will be given if pool or Hot Tub is not available during your stay if closed by HOA for any reason.
✓ NO GLASS in the POOL / HOT TUB AREA.
✓ HVAC Disclaimer: The Honeywell thermostat temperature control is locked with a range of 68 (low temp for AC) - 78 (high temp for heat).
✓ To minimize wear an tear on the walls and door, please do not bring grocery or luggage carts in the condo.
✓ Please leave the parking passes at departure.
✓ Firearms are not allowed. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.
✓ We strongly suggest guest(s) obtain travel insurance
✓ Rental agreement and ID upload required upon booking confirmation
