The air conditioner didn't work there was bugs in the room the door was falling apart when we got there there was no one there to check us in we had to call a number I will never stay at a red tree inn ever and I'm going to tell everyone I know to never stay at one I paid for a room that I never stayed in we went to a different hotel.

Just a basic older hotel…..the outside is old and weathered but it’s clean and oceanfront.

Shower did not operate properly coffee maker didn’t work at all kitchen sink didn’t work carpet at the back door got soaked when it rains couldn’t get in the office to check in at 3 pm office was closed when I tried to check out house keeping never came

Bugs. Smoke detector kept beeping. The finish on the lamp was peeling. Bad condition overall.

Was amazing place to stay beach view was able to walk stright down path to beach could use bigger mini fridge but overall very satisfied with my stay
