"I really wished that the bar/restaurant would of be open the entire week. I am very upset that i booked an entire week vacation at this hotel and get down there to find out that the bar/restaurant was closed. I come to find out they were closed for 4 out of my 7 day trip because they had an event going on and were preparing for it. I just wished they would of advised that on the website or atleast told me when booking it. I specifically picked this hotel because of the restaurant. And wanted to...

"The entire experience from check in to check out was exceptional. Michelle took great care of us as did the general manager. Booked a return trip in Dec."

"The room was very clean and it was quite and relaxing! We will be back"

"Nice beds, but ADA bathroom was difficult because of oddly short shower curtain that allowed the tile floor to get soaked and slippery. Lots of little flying bugs in bathroom. Other than those aspects, the room was fine. Typically, the TV was difficult to navigate."

"First room was dirty- someone else’s hair was all in the sheets- that clearly hadn’t been changed. Switched rooms and it was somewhat cleaner. Bathroom was dirty, shower curtain was mildewed badly and the whole hotel smells musty. All linens were musty and dingy. Would not stay here again. Bed was also awful, like sleeping on box springs. Hard hard. 10/10 would not recommend if cleanliness is important to you!"

"The worst experience. The room was filthy. The sliding door was broke with lock, Injured my right thumb trying to unlock door. I have pictures Requested a 7am wake up call and received a call at 718am by a live person asking if i receives my 7am wake call, what a joke. I was rushing to get to my appointment then. The bistro bar was not operational, broken coffee maker. I now have a stye on my right eye after sleeping in that disgusting room. Asked management for a call, still have not received a...

"Fine"

"Emplacement, propreté courtoisie du personnel. Seul Bémol, le wifi … Tellement lent et faible . Impossible d’envoyer messages , courriels, etc.."

"When we checked in to our room we took the green clean for our room. Got to our room and floors had not been swept or vacuumed. Spoke to front desk and she said they would take care of it. Returned to the hotel after being gone all day and it was not taken care of. The floor was gritty, had paper and stuff in carpet. Disgusting to walk on. We were also informed at check in there would be no elevator for our check out day. Our room was on the 4th floor. We were told to use the stairwell. Got to...

"We stayed for one night it was an easy check in the rooms are really big but the deck outside needed a facelift and I see that they are doing work and I hope that they'll work on the balconies that's the only complaint"

"I've stayed at this hotel twice this year and both times it was pleasant. It's in a great location, has a nice gym, good breakfast options (included boiled/scrambled eggs and sausage links for hot protein), and relatively quick check-in/easy check-out. The rooms could use a bit of updating - specifically, the bathrooms could be re-caulked and have a slight musty smell, the rooms feel a bit humid/damp, and the mattresses are getting a bit old, but I do like that the HVAC units have a "constant...
