The open-concept living area features chic, coastal décor, a comfortable sectional sofa, and a 65” Smart TV for streaming. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.

• Fully Equipped Kitchen: A modern kitchen with an indoor grill, a full coffee bar, and a large dining table that seats eight. *Not including paper towels to help reduce waste and environmental impact.

• Four Spacious Bedrooms: Every bedroom features a King-sized bed with premium linens and a ceiling fan.

- Bedroom 1: King bed, 55” Smart TV, and a private en suite bathroom with a shower.

- Bedroom 2: King bed with a private en suite full bathroom.

- Bedroom 3: King bed, shares a full hallway bathroom.

- Bedroom 4: King bed, 50” Smart TV, shares a full hallway bathroom.

• Amenities: The home is equipped with a washer and dryer and an EV charger (40A Level 2 for authorized guests)

• Outdoor Living: Experience the ocean breeze from two furnished porches. The expansive covered ground-floor living area includes a hammock, comfortable lounge seating with a table-top firepit, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.



Guest Access

Enjoy a seamless arrival with keyless self-check-in. Your unique door code will be the last four digits of your booking phone number, allowing you to access the property any time after 4:00 p.m. on your arrival day. For your security, the door automatically locks after 10 minutes.

My home is situated in a peaceful, private neighborhood in North Myrtle Beach. You're just a quick 0.33-mile walk from the sandy shores of the Atlantic and minutes away from the area's best attractions.

Getting Around

Free parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that parking is not permitted under the house. The beach, local shops, and several restaurants are easily accessible on foot, and the Grand Strand Airport (CRE) is only a 3-minute drive away.



Owner-Managed Property

This is an owner-managed property. I take pride in my home and want to ensure you have a wonderful stay. I will be available to answer any questions or provide assistance via the app or phone during your stay, but I will respect your privacy and will not be present at the property.



Safety

For your security, the property is equipped with an external smart doorbell camera at the front door and an internal (non-recording) air quality detector to monitor for smoke.



House Rules

• No parties, events, pets, fireworks, or controlled substances are permitted.

• Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a $500 cleaning fee.

• Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 8 guests of any age; all guests must be listed on the reservation.

• The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and be present for the entire stay.

• Booking Requirements: A signed rental agreement, a non-local photo ID matching the credit card on file, a valid phone number, a complete guest list, and a $300 pre-authorization security hold are required to confirm your reservation.

• House as-is; guests are liable for rule violations resulting in a refund for future guests.

• Cleanliness: We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our home. Please report any cleanliness issues within 2 hours of your arrival so we can address them immediately.

• Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

• Parking: Up to 4 vehicles; no parking under the house.

• Check-in/Out: Check-in is anytime after 4:00 p.m. and check-out is promptly before 10:00 a.m. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee.

• Neighborhood Restriction: Please be aware that motorcycles are not permitted in this neighborhood.

• Commercial photography and filming require pre-approval.

• $75 fee to return lost guest items; no luggage storage.
