Parking permits are provided for up to 2 vehicles only. Please ensure that your parking permits are displayed at all times.

We enjoyed our stay at Springs Tower. The place was very clean, had everything we needed and the location was perfect. It was right on the beach and was just a short walk to groceries, shops, ice cream and restaurants. The condo was very nice with comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed and they even had some beach toys as well. I highly recommend this place.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did not fully enjoy the two months rental for January and February as there were too many renovations going on. The deck was closed for both months with the noise of cement floors being cut into, cement being replaced as a result of this; painting and scaffoling blocking view of ocean; plactic covering railings, blocking views of ocean; elevators both not functioning for untimely amount of time for two occasions; spouse is handicaped with walker and could not use stairs for egress; not enough handicap parking hindering unloading of handicap individual. Will not rent again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Too many problems exsist at Spring Towers removing it from my next years list for renting again. The unit is serviced by two elevators, which one has been inoperatable since my Jan. 7th arrival. The second was inoperable for two different times which is a major problem for my wife's condition of using a walker making the stairs out of quesiton for her usage. The balcony is closed for entire two month stay and any view is limited as well. An ocean view was why I rented in the first place. A toilet problem was solved which wa making noise. The bldg. is undergoing paint on reverse, limiting pathways to the beach. One and only wood walkway is not usable, as closed for entire stay. Not renting again.
