This home is privately owned and maintained. We only rent to families or professional adults. You must be over the age of 25 to book this property. We do NOT rent to groups under the age of 25 or chaperoned groups under any circumstances. No house parties or family reunions, occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

Pet friendly upon approval, $125 Non refundable Pet Fee.

We offer weekly or nightly rentals with a three to seven night minimum.

What a great house! It had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. We invited friends for dinner and all of the serving platters and bowls were really nice to have. Would definitely rent again!

This home is absolutely gorgeous. We loved everything about it. So clean, stocked with everything you need to stay there all you need to bring is your beach towels and your selves. We stayed 5 days and had the most amazing time ever. We will never vacating any where else. This is our vacation home from now on.

This is a spacious house with great backyard area and close to the beach. The only thing I had issue with was the lack of amenities like toilet paper, hand and dish soap that are needed for a family staying for a week.

The house was absolutely beautiful. Very spacious and clean. We took our small dog and the property had grass for potty breaks and not on a main road (my dog is afraid of busy streets) My nieces soaked up every second they could in the pool. The outside sjtting area was very nice

Loved our stay. The house was very clean, had everything we needed. Plenty of room for the seven adults. The pool and lounge area was perfect to hangout in. Easy walk to beach. Home was exactly as pictured and very clean on checkin day. Kitchen is stocked with cookware and utensils. Pool and hot tub were amazing and under house patio area as very nice. Quick walk to the beach and stores. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house was updated and very clean. Unfortunately, we had a week of rain, including a tropical storm during our stay, but our family of 6 found the house to be very comfortable. Although we had limited opportunities due to the weather, our family enjoyed the well mai rained pool. The owners were helpful and responsive to questions.

This rental was as described! We loved every minute. The location is great and is walkable to restaurants, beach and the grocery store (which is amazing). The pool was large enough for a family of 7 to have fun and the sitting area under the house is great shade. Highly recommend this house as it was without a doubt the cleanest rental we have ever had.

We had a wonderful time and the place was great! The pool was well kept and the beach chairs and wagon were a super convenience! Wish we had timed trips down to the shore around high and low tides because when it's high tide there was very little beach!! We almost had to sit in the dunes! Some locals said it had to do with "king tide" which I guess not only affected the shoreline but the water in the marsh came into the streets which closed some of them off at every high tide. We would definitely stay here again! So convenient to everything! And Boulineau's is definitely worth a trip!

This was our first time visiting Cherry Grove and we will definitely be back, and hopefully renting this home again! The house was terrific; very clean, great layout, wonderful outdoor/pool areas, comfy beds and more. It's an easy walk to the beach, especially if you use the beach wagon provided. The location is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream, putt putt and other fun things; easy walk to most of this! We were very sad to leave, and are already looking forward to our next trip.
