This place is a 12/10 stay! Just as described only so much more comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house is fully loaded with anything you could need, is clean, cozy & located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Brandi is a phenomenal host & is quick to help with anything you should need. The property was beautiful, the small attention to detail was my absolute favorite thing about each space. Every room was designed with comfort and relaxation in mind! Short walk to the beach and restaurants, very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

From the moment we opened the door, we knew we made a great choice. An inviting, warm and very clean space welcomed us. Great place to vacation, close to the beach and restaurants. Brandi had prepared a welcome book that listed not only house rules, but suggestions for things to do and restaurants to try. Amenities were impressive and decor was very well done. If we should return to this area, we certainly would not hesitate to stay with Brandi again.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. If smoking please be mindful of proximity to doors and windows.

NO PETS
As much as we love animals, we’re unable to accommodate pets in our space. Thank you for your understanding!
