Your two free assigned parking space awaits! Unwind in your first-floor unit (#5) with a simple lock code for seamless entry. Enjoy some rest on your private porch furnished with a table and chair set. Let's ensure a peaceful stay for everyone by being mindful of neighboring units above and beside yours.

The Neighborhood:
Compared to other areas in Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach is less developed and generally quieter, offering a more hushed atmosphere. During the bustling summer season, the distinction might be less noticeable. Nonetheless, you're still conveniently close to the beach, and Main Street, featuring many shopping, entertainment, and dining options is merely a few minutes' drive from your location. Be sure to check out neighborhood favorite, Melt Ice Cream!

Getting Around:
While we strongly advise having a car for transportation, alternative options like taxis and Ubers are available.

Parking at the beach: Between March 1 – October 1, 2022 a daily parking fee of $2 per hour will be in place from 9 a.m.- 5.pm. in public parking lots on either side of Ocean Boulevard. You can download the Passport Parking app and pay directly from your phone.

Location is perfect - walk across ocean Blvd. and there is beach access, decor/set up of condo is great. I greatly appreciated laundry in the condo. Negatives - parking is horrible - if you have large vehicle you won't fit! If the condo above you is occupied you hear everything - could hear every step they took - bad if they are night owls and you are an early riser. Finally tub drain in large bathroom is full of sand ... whenever you took a shower would take forever to drain and sand was everywhere in tub (we were there in December - we weren't rolling in the sand - it was on our shoes ... so the sand wasn't from us.) Smaller bathroom does not have an outlet. The owners did responded quickly to any questions and were great to work with.

Location to beach and beach access is great-right across the street. Property itself was ok. Both showers/tubs had bad drainage issues. When showering water backs up and is extremely slow to drain. Fitted bed sheets wouldn’t stay on the beds. They either aren’t deep enough for the mattress or the elastic is stretched out. The biggest drawback for me was the parking. If you have a full size or extended cab pickup truck or larger SUV and have to park in the back, your vehicle will be sticking out halfway across the street. I think if the spots on the front side were designated for larger vehicles only and the ones in the back for smaller or compact vehicles, this would eliminate that issue. If you luck up and have friendly folks staying there who are willing to switch spots if they have one in front and you don’t, that would work but we weren’t that lucky. We stayed in unit 5 and both of those spots are in the back. We tried different strategies trying to get the truck out of the road only to have those in other units complaining about everything. We were even threatened with towing after our vehicles were parked in the correct spots!! Bottom line, if you drive a truck or large SUV, either reserve unit 1, 2, 3 or 4 so you can park up front (you will only have 1 spot up front though). Otherwise I would stay somewhere else. It’s not worth the risk of your vehicle getting hit.

The location of this property is excellent with just a short walk across the street to the beach! we loved the outdoor space available to sit and relax with coffee or relax after coming home from the beach. The available outdoor showers are also a plus! The only minor complaint is that the kitchen is VERY minimally stocked with cook ware and utensils but that's not an issue for folks who don't cook. The owner was very responsive and check in/out were very simple! I would stay here again!!
