Beautiful Windy Hill-Ocean Grove home. Great location - just steps to the beach!

Our beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath patio home is located in the QUIET Ocean Grove residential community in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. This is a quiet FAMILY ORIENTED neighborhood with HOA Rules that are strictly enforced. Our house is just over a block from the ocean, making it just steps to the beach. You are welcome to enjoy the community pool which also includes a children's pool, and hot tub. Our home sleeps up to 8 people and has two assigned parking spaces directly in front of the house.
NOTE: If you plan to have more than 8 people staying there, or plan to host an event or party, please DO NOT BOOK this rental - You will be violating the HOA/House rules and you will be evicted immediately and forfeit all monies paid to VRBO. So if you're looking for a place to sleep more than 8 people or to have a party or host an event this is definitely not the home for you.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a bar seating area, stainless steel appliances, and small appliances including a full sized Keurig, regular coffee maker, toaster, can opener, tea kettle, air fryer, rice maker, and blender.

Our home is equipped with Gigabit Internet Service from Spectrum Communications providing you with free high-speed wireless internet to use during your stay. All the TV's in the home are "Smart" TV's and DVD players are available for each of them. Roku TV makes streaming services available allowing you to view hundreds of channels and movies, or you can log in to your own subscribed streaming service. The living room entertainment center has quite a few DVDs, Jigsaw puzzles, and game boards for family and friends fun time. The entire second floor and stairwell has been renovated with all new luxury vinyl planking as well as a brand new deck just off the upstairs king bedroom. That bedroom also has a desk with computer monitors in case you must spend a little time working or socializing while on vacation. A kid's table, baby gate, high chair, portable crib, and "play and go" are available onsite if needed for your toddler. On the main level a full-size washer and dryer is provided for your use.

The Windy Hill area is close to great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Walk to the beach to swim, tan, fish, or take romantic evening strolls. It's just over a mile to Barefoot Landing's retail and entertainment village, grocery stores and restaurants, 3 miles to Myrtle Beach Mall and Tanger Outlet Mall, and 12 miles to Broadway at the Beach, Ripley's Aqaurium, and many other vacation attractions. There's so much to see and do you'll never be bored!

This home must abide by the Ocean Grove Home Owners Association rules and guidelines below and are VERY STRICTLY enforced.
- NO MORE THAN 10 (8 people at my home) PEOPLE ALLOWED IN AN OCEAN GROVE RENTED HOME.
- ASSIGNED PARKING IS AVAILABLE FOR ONLY TWO CARS
- NO BOATS, MOTORCYCLES, GOLF CARTS, RV'S, OR TRAILERS ARE ALLOWED ON PREMISES
- ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ARE ALLOWED
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE HOME
- In addition, No drinking/sleeping in cars/setting off fireworks or firecrackers/ loitering in the parking lot/ or parties.

If these occur you will be forced to forfeit your stay and leave the premises.

Gary and his home are one of the nicest places to stay. The pictures are exactly what you will experience. My wife was so happy with the amount of towel racks and said it was the best vacation shower for washing her hair. The walk to the beach and the parking is very convenient. We can't wait to stay here again.

The house had everything we needed for a 2 week stay while working remotely. The location is great. In the heart of so many activities and plenty of golfing and restaurants and 3 minutes from the beach. The host had all the household products for us and snacks too. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a 2 week stay at this property. It is a nice house, with a very short walk to the beach which we liked very much! We enjoyed sitting outside as well. The kitchen is full stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The appliances worked well. Lots of bath towels were provided along with liquid soap, a roll paper towels, dishwasher tabs etc. and a snack welcome bag. Communications with the host were promptly responded to. Easy check-in. There were no issues. A vehicle is needed to go grocery shopping, restaurants etc.The living room furniture was not comfortable which is the reason for the overall rating of a 4 instead of a 5.

Fantastic place to stay! The house was nicely furnished, updated, and very clean. It had everything you could think of. We were happily surprised by the welcome basket and thoughtful touches throughout. Beyond the amenities, the location was unbeatable. Access to the beach could not have been easier — it was literally a one to two minute walk. We would definitely love to stay here again!

We had between 6-10 people stay for the week. The home is one block from Windy Hill Beach, which is delightful. The house is well-furnished with all the necessities of home. Host is amazing. We all had a great time and can’t wait to come back next year. Very nice, very clean, and responsive hosts. Loved it!

We had a great stay, and I would recommend this property to anyone. The home is very up to date, clean, and the owners are very easy to work with. The location is perfect with a very short walk across Ocean Blvd to the beach. The community is very quiet. My review is 5 stars.

Very clean home. Kitchen extremely well stocked with appliances and all dishes, cutlery... Bedrooms roomy and comfortable..loads of closet space. So close to the beach..we bought a wagon and used it for all our beach gear. Pool was also great to sit at..too cold to swim on our stay. Best of all was communication with Gary!! Any time we had a question he answered us IMMEDIATELY. Awesome vacation all around.

This home is absolutely amazing. The location is a short walk to the beach and pool (short enough that our 2 & 3 year old grandkids walked). The home itself is beautifully decorated and completely stocked with anything and everything you would have in your own kitchen. Bedrooms are all spacious. The owner is super nice and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this place to family and friends and hope to return as well.

We were very pleased with our rental unit. The welcome card and gift baskets were an added touch which really made us feel welcome - thank you! There was more than enough cutlery and kitchen plates, utensils etc; the towels/tea towels were good quality and nice an fluffy and clean :) ; the beds with linen were comfortable and we slept well; and the location is awesome and has a very special meaning for all of us since this was first introduced to us by our parents many years ago. One of the key draws is the pool - a beautiful and relaxing setting and very well maintained. The beach is not far - and always breathtaking - we have always loved Windy Hill and are so thankful that you have made this most recent stay just wonderful. Thank you. We are very grateful.
