Bay Watch Resort 420 - Beautiful OceanFront 1 Bedroom 1 Bath

1 Bedroom Ocean Front - Beautifully Decorated! - Deluxe unit
Make yourself at home in our "Home away from Home" at the oceanfront Bay Watch Resort in North Myrtle Beach, SC. Our deluxe 1 bedroom condo with washer and dryer sleeps 4. The bedroom has a pillow top king bed, a flat screen TV and a full length mirror on the back of the bedroom door. We also have a Murphy bed in the living room. If needed we will provide a fold away cot. The living room has a beautiful ocean front view with sofa, 2 recliners and a large flat screen TV. The dining area has a table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has wood cabinets, granite countertops, kitchen appliances, cookware, small countertop appliances, dinnerware, heavy duty knives, forks etc. The well lite bathroom has a wood vanity with granite counter top and a Jacuzzi tub. The bathroom closet has all cleaning equipment, ironing board, iron and hair dryer.

BayWatch amenities include 18 pools including 6 hot tubs, 2 lazy rivers, plus easy access to the ocean. Of the 18 pools 2 indoor pools + 1 lazy river + 2 hot tubs are indoor (all heated). The rest are outdoor including 4 heated hot tubs also an outdoor Tiki bar, sports bar, restaurant, exercise room and gift shop. Amenities also include seasonal outdoor bands, music, face painting for kids, etc. Bay Watch also provides free wireless internet access, free covered parking deck and concierge service. We furnish all fresh clean linens, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls of bathroom tissue and bathroom soap. A starting supply of cleaning products will be provided. We have a combination lock in which you will have your own personal access code which we will provide as well as instructions on how to use it upon arrival.

We cater to people that want the best and we charge a little more in order to provide the best service and product quality. We cater to people that respect property rights and that will care for the unit. We charge a $59.00 damage insurance policy fee instead of a large refundable deposit.
Currently the site is set up that the guest pays an insurance fee for $59.00 to cover any damage to the unit and you pay no deposit upon booking the unit.

We strongly suggest that you purchase travelers insurance as we can not be responsible for cancelled flights, storms and other emergencies that may prevent you from arriving.

Amazing!!!

We have been coming to NMB for years and this is by far our favorite property we’ve stayed at. Lenna Jane keeps this place in pristine condition and was so responsive and accommodating. The condo is very clean and comfortable and the ocean views are absolutely beautiful from the comfy recliners! We had everything we could need plus more. We can’t wait to come back here next year!!!

Lovely Stay

Our host was wonderful, providing all the information we needed. The unit is perfect for a couple. Comfortable, clean and a great oceanfront view. The resort has several pools and they were warm (wonderful for early May). Several saunas and lazy rivers, and an indoor pool. Just steps from the beach. We loved it.

Wonderful vacation!

The weather was beautiful. The condo was perfect for my husband and myself. We enjoyed sitting in the 2 recliners, looking at the great view of the ocean. The king size bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The condo was as advertised.

A Thoroughly Enjoyable Stay

This was a very nice unit in the Bay Watch. We appreciated the digital entry process, the Bay Watch amenities, and the attention to detail within the unit itself, such as the more than adequate number of towels. The owner was also quick to address any questions pertaining to our stay. Our only wish was that we would have had access to a secured wi-fi connection for internet access. My wife wanted to access her work email, but wasn't able to do so because of the unsecured connection.

Beach Vacation

The condo is very clean. Furniture in very good shape. Balcony and view are spectacular. The pools and hot tubs are clean and numerous. The lobby area was clean. The only items I feel needs to be improved upon is the mattress. Overall, the condo and facility was great.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay in this condo the last week of June! The condo is well maintained and comfortable for a family of 3-4. We had everything we needed in the unit. This was not our first visit to Baywatch but first time in this condo. We really enjoy the facilities of Baywatch and now finding this condo is a perfect match. The owner was easy to work with and everything was exactly as explained. Thank you for a great vacation week!

Loved the Condo

We loved our stay at this condo. It was exceptionally clean, updated and we love the location in the middle tower. It is exactly as the pictures show. The furniture and the bed was comfortable and the condo had everything you need. Lenna Jane was always available if we had any questions. The check in and checkout process was extremely easy. Shrader Stay 2023

Property was as described with everything you need in the kitchen and for your stay. Clean and well decorated with a wonderful view. This was the furthest NMB we've stayed. It took 20 to 30 minutes to get to the Board Walk. Unfortunately, we had 2 teenagers and that is where they wanted to go hang out. I recommend this condo.

The condo and location on the 4 th floor was great. We were disappointed that there no longer giving pool/beach towels and that there was no longer valet service. When we left there were no carts to be found!! The type of guests and overall cleanliness and services have definitely gone down.

We stayed for 7 days in June. 1st time to Myrtle Beach. Condo was everything we needed. The space was clean and welcoming. Bed was super comfortable! Loved the recliners. The view was awesome! Owner was awesome to work with - simple process, no hiccups. The resort met all of our needs. Very family oriented with kid activities during the day at the pool. We had a beach wheel chair and there is a public beach access next the the resort, easy access to the beach. Only suggestion is to have ramp leading off one of the 3 resort beach access so wheel chair users and beach carts can access resort more easily when coming from beach. Overall great stay! We will definitely stay here again!

Terrific Condo

We enjoyed our experience so much! Two recliners in the living room helped make it comfortable like home. The king bed was great and the whole condo was well lit in each room which is important to us, as we enjoy reading. The 2 large TV’s were nice. We enjoyed being in the building directly over the main lobby on 4th floor. Loved this location. The owner was so accessible and I felt she cared about our experience. Loved that she sent codes to unlock our door and there were no keys to have to keep up with. That’s huge for me! The kitchen was well equipped and we ate most of our meals in the condo. I Loved that there were crock pots and I could put something on in the morning for our dinner. The jetted bathtub was great! So spacious… We enjoyed every minute and made great memories on this vacation. Our son’s family rented a 3 bedroom in the building next door for his family but surprisingly, we all ended up spending most of our waking hours, when not on the beach in this condo. It was just so comfortable! You will enjoy this unit and the kind owner!
