"Making a long story short, my husband and his buddies went to Myrtle Beach (from Annapolis, MD) for the motorcycle rally. After unloading their bikes, they quickly learned that motorcyles are not permitted in the neighborhood. This restriction was not made clear on the website. However, after reaching out to the owner, he promptly agreed to refund their money so they could rent another location. We were disappointed because the house is really nice, clean and convenient to the beach. Alls well...

"This started out fine and then I got a message from Vacasa needing a picture of my license and a photo of me. Needless to say every picture I tried to use it always said the picture was to blurry., so my reservation was cancelled. I will say the host did refund my money. I'm thankful for that."
