"Very nice property, clean and tidy. Near Melbourne University with supermarket and convenient stores nearby. Parking outside the property on the meter space is free between 6:30pm to 7:30am. The staff is very responsive to email enquiries. "

"Overall property was great for price however overall the room needed a deep clean with the shower being mouldy and thick dust on windows. Off street parking was close, easily accessible and free. The communication is shocking with instructions being different to what is actually required. Instructions need to be updated. "
