"The rooms smell awful. The staff (especially the older restaurant staff) is rude and waits for tips without earning it. The receptionists were nice though! This five star hotel does NOT provide laundry services. They said it’s because they are really busy but the hotel was empty so that doesn’t add up. The housekeepers were always visible. "The room was nice ... big and spatious ! The location is kinda weird ... not close to the beach ... but also advertised like it ... The wifi was very very slow ... Will try to stay closer to Mamaia next time! "
