"It’s brand new, súper clean and in a great location, next to restaurants and the tube. The room is perfect in all aspects apart from the narrow bed, it basically didn’t fit me and my 12y old son. "

"Really nice apartment, very clean and comfortable. Great location for Alexandra Palace. Paid for parking about 6 minute walk away so no problems there and there is also street parking all around. Little shop next door and local amenities within walking distance. Overall probably the best little apartment I've stayed in. "

"Host Jan excellent very helpful. Guest suite spotlessly clean, very modern and well appointed. Would have liked to extend our stay but unfortunately it was not available for our dates. "We stayed at this property on one of the hottest days of the year and thought some ventilation would be in place but other than one window which was broken and wouldn’t stay open we had nothing! The floor was just stuck on around the bed, the shower head was broken spurting water from the top. The whole flat as you walked in smelt awful! The communication was poor and late to the point we had to message several times for checking in information to which we then only got 15 hours before...

"The prooerty is an excellent location in North London. Good transport links and very handy for Alexandra palace and farmers market . I was very pleased with the cleanliness and well equipped kitchen. I found the communication with host very helpful. Will stay again."

"We had an enjoyable stay here. The property is as described. Short walking distance to the train, restaurants and anything else you need. This is a great location if you're attending a match as it is only a 20min walk to the stadium. We would happily stay here again "

"Host didnt know which room i was meant to be in, gave me all 4 keys for 4 different rooms, non were cleaned. Smells of weed all day everyday. Ants everywhere. Unsafe area "

"Our stay was soooo warm and welcoming!! Such a friendly and helpful barmaid 殺!! To say how cheap it was i wasn't expecting as much as what we got. Stayed last night and for someone who is a very uneasy traveller that gets homesick easily i could not fault my stay at all and will most DEFINITELY stay again if i ever go to London regardless of where i need to be (concerts, trips etc..) i will happily pay the travel cost to stay here. Our room was very comfortable and pleasantly clean, condiments wasn't just the basic, corridors to the rooms seemed like u had booked a 5* hotel!! I really appreciate my stay and again for a person that gets over anxious i would definitely recommend here to make you feel at ease 😌... thanku bar lady tou really are a lovely, genuine, helpful lady... ❤️ "
