"I was really impressed with the management of this hotel. I wasn't expecting that they would have a makeshift Happy Hour, where they provided beer and wine and tiny bites (pretzels, popcorn, etc.) right out of the lobby. Throughout the hotel, they had signs stating that they would gladly provide toiletries if you forgot them. My room was clean and updated. Everything about the place was worth more than what I paid for. I just felt that the people here were genuinely focused on the way guests perceive them. Imagine if all hotels did that?"
