"Very clean with good personnel."

"The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitately stay again."

"Room was very clean and the service was excellent!!"

"My stay at this hotel lasted 4 days, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was quiet, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold offerings. My bed was very comfortable, as was the room. This hotel is near many things such as good bus routes, grocery stores, coffee shops and fast food. I would not hesitate to book at this hotel when I visit again."

"Hot water clean amenities great food good staff Thank you"

"The staff was really nice and helpful when I left my key card in the room and gave me a new. Also the other people staying were really nice too. I highly recommend this place."

"Unfortunately we didn’t stay long as we were there for a tour of Pittsburgh University, so we came in late the night before for an early tour. The people were really nice and accommodating. I’d stay again!"

"Updated beautifully. Dog several doors down barking every evening and morning 4:30 AM!"

"Never again"

"I liked everything about this place except for the person who checked us in, she was rude and confrontational. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and never been questioned as to my ID the way this woman did. I felt like I was being interrogated. She needs to have someone teach her the meaning of being in customer service."

"I liked staying in a historic place. The room was clean enough. The parking was fine. The staff was helpful but a little rough around the edges. I just thought the room was too plain for its surroundings and the price. It was quiet, though."

"Love the large room along with the kitchenette. Will definitely book our future visits!!"
