"Poor directions on access. You have to go through the underground car park to an unmarked door in order to get access to the rooms. Poor hours of front desk; 5 p.m. closingenda to the inconvenience factor. Attendant i spoke to 1st said he'd texte the instructions for site access but latwr emailwd them to me as texts weren't successful Very poor customer service. I would not recommend this hotel/motel to anyone."

"Very nice accommodation for a reasonable price. Clean, recently renovated, plenty of parking, easy to access and a nice short walk to the beach. And pleasantly surprised that I had no noise during the night from the road works. Only thing missing is a view but for the price it's excellent. Would stay here again."

"Friendly welcome. Older style accommodation but nice decor. Very clean and tidy with everything that we needed. Some undercover parking available. Good location, close to fast food and tavern, walking distance. It was good for an overnight stay. "

"Nice tidy and spacious property located on Gold Coast Highway. Undercover parking was a bonus (room had a garage). Not too sure about public transport as I had my car but pretty sure there were buses running. Friendly staff 👍"

"The 2 bedroom appartment was excellent. The beds were clean and cosy. We had hot water, we were very happy with this appartment. The only downside was the car noises coming from the street but I guess Gold Coast is very noisey anyway. "
