Beautiful 3 bedroom cottage on a navigable canal. You can rent a 18 foot boat and park it at the house. The location is just across the bridge from the historic Downtown Fort Myers packed with bars and restaurants. The beach is 35 min drive. This house has plenty of space for up to 6 people with over 1900 sqf of living space. The backyard is fenced in and secluded.
