"We found the toilet seats full of urine and the bed had hair on it, when we decided to tell the front desk, the staff came and took a picture and promised to change the sheets and get the bathroom cleaned up, we went to dinner and came back around 1 am just to find more hair on the bed, we left immediately after. When we asked for a refund, the manager said there was no reason to give me one because i checked in at 3pm. Although we were never in the room until 1am. Highly disappointed and we...

"Great price. Hallways were hot and stuffy. A security guard knocked on my room 15 minutes after I arrived to update his checklist (I’ve never experienced that before, but the area does have sketchy people outside) Room looks nice at first glance. Looked closer and I noticed the green chewing gum stuck right on top of the headboard. The laminate floors were sticky with who knows what and that was a terrible feeling. The room AC worked excellent though."
