"Got lucky with near-perfect weather all week so spent plenty of time out on the deck. Sofa is very soft & low so people with bad knees may have difficulty getting on & off. Driveway intersects with busy Route 6 so it can be challenging getting out of the driveway (can the high grasses be mowed near Route 6 or the property sign repositioned to facilitate visibility of oncoming traffic for drivers leaving the property?)
