"I had booked this stay on the same day i was arriving. When i arrived, which was about 5:30 pm, David couldn't find my reservation. He explained to me about some things and gave me a number to call. After about 20 minutes, my reservation was updated with no penalties. David was such a pleasure and made everything great."

"Business traveler quality for the price tier of budget hotels - felt professional with a cheerful decor. We'd choose it again. There was a waterpark on site but didn't feel kid dominated. Clean and comfortable. Near restaurants, fast food, shopping. Others mentioned challenge getting to parking but if you miss the quick turn into the driveway, turn at the next corner and go around a circle to come back in from behind. "

"We have stayed at The Sheraton Bayfront several times over the last few years; however, we have not stayed since their remodel. Although we liked the dark wood nautical decor in the hotel rooms, the refresh of the rooms was still inviting and comfortable. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The only picky thing we found is the lack of pressure in the shower head. Although, it may be a water saver, it took twice as long to rinse soap off due to the low water pressure in the shower. We ate at the hotel restaurant, Two 45, both evenings of our stay and found our food to be delicious. Our first night waitress was friendly and competent. Our second night, although our waitress was competent, she was not quite as friendly. The hostess/manager of the restaurant was very good at circulating around the restaurant making small talk and making sure that everyone was satisfied with their food. The employees from the front desk to cleaning were accommodating and friendly. We love the Erie Bayfront and love staying at The Sheraton. It is our go-to when we need time away from home and jobs. "

"3 friends wanted to visit Erie, stay somewhere with a lake view, comfortable and relaxing. This home totally met all of our needs. weather not the best, however, got to see some local sites, eateries, wineries...lovely. Hosts were wonderful, checked in with us to set the heat and deliver a cork screw!!! definitely will recommend. Thanks"

"Perfect for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday craziness. Beautiful view of the lake with gorgeous sunsets. The house was very clean and comfortable. The host decorated the home with welcoming decor. You will have everything you need and more. There is a lot to see and do nearby. Definitely a gem on Lake Erie. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. "
