"First the good. The place was clean and the layout was good. Now the bad. The listing was misleading as it did not have the two bathrooms as advertised. It is also a basement, though luckily the people above were very quiet. The floor was quite cold but the place was otherwise warm. The majority of the windows did not have curtains which left the windows open to the neighbours or anyone in the back yard. Also the kitchen was missing a couple key items like a toaster and a coffee maker but...
