"Nothing the property owner could help the areas just rundown and a little sketchy. For where it’s located it’s very quiet inside. I slept very well. I would take your own bedding the comforter had stains on it and all the decorative pillows were stained on the backside. Also there was hair in the sheets . All that said The price was right and for last-minute booking At least we had a place to stay. Over all I’m grateful. "

The house is walking distance to everything. Everything in the house worked properly, bed was comfy and plenty of towels. We recommend this house for its convenience to everything and comfort level. So, I was able to finally stay at this unique location this year, and found it as expected--a unique location with it's own history, in a spacious and modernized environment. Great stay in that location for my friends and me, and we have already talked about returning next year!"

"Our stay was fine. The only concerns or problems we have was the fact there weren’t enough towels for a two day stay. I don’t know if that is typical to only have a day’s worth of towels. Then Saturday afternoon the furnace quit and the host didn’t respond to my message. I had to call her. We just decided to drive home. So, we made the 4.5 hour trip back home at 7:30 PM. I sincerely home we are refunded our second night like the host she would do."

"Nicely remodeled older home in Belmont neighborhood of Dayton. Well supplied with many extras. Very clean. No problems at all. Was very convenient between the church and downtown reception for our daughter's wedding. Very convenient to highway."

"We stayed 5 nights in this lovely house. Our stay was comfortable, quiet, and close to everything we needed. Xenia, Ohio is a beautiful place for an extended spring-time bike holiday. We brought our bikes from Wisconsin and rode every day along well marked, paved trails in the Little Miami River Valley. We especially loved the artwork throughout the house. And our host, Adam, provided us with useful information about the area. Thanks to all."

"The property is nice but I was disappointed with the window air conditioning. "Modern amenities" to me includes central air. There could have been a few more dishes available too. There were only 2 cereal bowls, no serving bowls and no skillet or for preparing breakfast. There was a stove top griddle I found but it was warped and barely usable. The master bedroom door and bathroom door both screech loudly when used. Maybe a little WD-40 would be helpful. The location was very convenient for...
