"The property was lovely and spacious and the pool area was excellent. Communication could have been improved as after stating our time of arrival which was earlier, it was assumed that we could check in sooner as we weren't then advised something to the effect of "Great, you cannot check in until xxpm but you may use the pool etc". "What a place absolutely loved it Food was all served outside for evening meal so took a bit to get used to But it is a glamping destination Would def go back we stayed in a 2 bed cabin which was awesome so cool inside even when very hot outside No beaches but we got used to it plenty of ladders to get in and out of the water Sundowner bar was great we only discovered it on the last night perfect for watching the sunset The boat transfer was great also Would recommend !"

"The place is very strategically located but the biggest problem is there is no parking around. You have to park at least 1 km further away from the hotel. And most of it is street parking which you have to pay per hour by going to the machines. For locals there is an easy pay by text system but for tourists this is not possible. So you have to park to the bigger public parking spaces where they charge you more but you can pay at the end. The second problem we have was with the street door. It...

"We didn't use any amenities. However, the restaurant was very good for the Italian festa. The buffet breakfast was amazing. The room was very clean. The staff was very professional and very caring. Especially during the Italian Festa and breakfast time. The room was very comfortable. and air conditioning worked very well. The hospitality was excellent."
