"As a family we were visiting Luton for a funeral and needed a hotel for the night. We had 2 rooms and both were well appointed with bathroom, twins beds, tv, towels and bedding and coffee & tea making available. Check in was super easy and the price was good. Lots of parking in a lovely little village."

"Very clean but a little worn in places .it was expected for basic price staff were all pleasant and help full home cooked food was excellent . We were a little concerned that there may be a bit of noise from pub but was very quiet . Breakfast left in our room was great idea and good choice with milk and yogurt kept in fridge . Over all very good "
