"The apartment is extremely well appointed; has everything you need to be away from home and comfortable. The only glitch was VRBO; this property was advertised on Expedia and linked to VRBO. VRBO did not send us the information packet prior to check-in so we didn't have the door code. Fortunately it is a condo and a board member stepped up to get us in touch with owner. Owner was very responsive! It was VRBO that dropped the ball."

"Close to beaches, clean but dated room. Lighting in room is poor. I would suggest higher wattage lightbulbs. Shower had good pressure and enough hot water. It was a quiet place handy to beaches and restaurants."

"Great location. Short drive to many attractions and restaurants. Small kitchen but adequate for our needs. It was fine for 3 people but a bit small for larger parties."

"The suite (or The Nest as I called it) was so perfect. Owners thought of everything. The place was exceptionally cleaned and well stocked. Location was convenient to everything for us and communication was superb. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thank you for letting us stay."

"Great place for a short weekend stay! Host was wonderful and accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs and very responsive. Was greeted by sweet treats and a bottle of wine right in the door. Good distance from things to do! Weren’t able to enjoy the beach due to weather unfortunately but it was easy to get to walking or driving. Would recommend!"

"This was a lovely rental. The space was very sophiscated with antique furnishings and beautifully painted walls. It was super clean. The space is a lot bigger then you’ll see in the listing. It sits on an estuary with lovely birds, bunnies, chipmunks, and the occasional black kitty. Lloyd the owner lives above the unit and is so gracious, respectful, and sweet. The bathroom has a tiled walk in shower and a spacious soaking tub. It’s a very quiet space with only the sounds of nature. I have to...

"We enjoyed our stay, close to the beach and quiet neighborhood. Saw a fox in the yard."

"The cottage was as advertised. It was small but very well stocked with a great utilization of space. Everything was clean and comfy. The bath towels were so thick and luxurious. There were games, an iron/iron board, and well stocked kitchen and anything we needed for a comfortable stay. Management was very responsive and even came in to change the sheets when we found stains on them. We enjoyed our time in Cape Cod."

"Very cute and inviting, but there is a few things I would change. Both showers were not very good pressure wise & temperature wise. The fees for the stay was more than the room for it not to even include pool passes. For the price there should be some inclusion. The beds & pillows were uncomfortable. It was a nice place overall but if you plan on raising prices for the summer I advise you make it worth it."

"The cottage is really small but well put together. Located across the street from the beach. We toured a lot of areas and it's location was great for this. If you are traveling in, note linens are not provided. Not ideal if traveling from the West Coast. You can pay extra if you need those items. The owners were great to work with and were very responsive. I would stay there again."
