Reed: 3/1 home with huge back yard~20 min to downtown CHS

If you are looking for a painless and cute stay in North Charleston, look no further!

The home is located off a side street from Remount Road, about 2 miles from Park Circle.
Frankly stated, this is a transitional neighborhood in a working class area. Half the homes look great, others look rough.
The people on the other hand are chill. Everyone minds their business and will wave if you do.
Last year alone we hosted about 1000 guests in this area and we have never had issues, but I would still recommend common sense safety like bringing in valuables from the car and locking the car etc.

We have a Ring security system and we know our neighbors. That being said if you are expecting a gated community, this may not fit your needs.


Please also note there isn't a lot within walking distance besides a little seafood restaurant and some convenient stores. All other areas of Charleston are very close by driving or Uber.
