Less than 10 min from: -Downtown (including all King St bars) -Park Circle -Airport -Cruise Port -All the new trending breweries 15 min Shem Creek 20 min Sullivans Island 25 min Folly Beach 25 min Isle of Palms This newly built gem has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms + a pull out bed from the couch in the living room. Cute fireplace downstairs where you can relax and have some coffee while reading or watching a movie. This house has the essentials to keep you comfortable during your stay :)

Neighborhood is not the safest. The house itself was nice though. The owner was very nice and attentive.

House is clean and cool AC. No back door which is odd. Driveway requires some good backing in skills. Neighborhood is pretty worn down but neighbors are friendly. Overall we had a nice stay.

This is a cute little house and clean property. If you're not from the area , you need to be aware that north charleston is a little on The rough side. Not the best neighborhood but we didn't Have any issues.

While the property itself was brand new and well-appointed, be advised the photos on the listing did not accurately represent the condition of the surrounding homes, as this is a neighborhood undergoing revitalization within an industrial area. The home itself is brand new, and very clean.

The house was for the most part clean but beware that the neighborhood this resides in is not the nicest, nor quietest. Had concerns getting in and out night. Driveway was very small, but could park one car in there. Host was nice and communicative.

Nice home in location easily accessible to Pilgrim Point, downtown Charleston. Beds were comfortable, but mattress covers were warm. Arm rail going up stairs had a splintered piece that needs repair. The ice maker, too, needs repair. Hot, humid weather begs for ice. Please check dates on fire extinguisher. Overall, we had a great trip .

The problem we had with this site was the location. The neighborhood seems to be on the rougher side than what we normally would consider. Inside was simply awesome. Someone has spent a lot of money on this property. Very hard to get a truck into the driveway and be able to open the door to get out. Couldn't use the outside area as the truck in the driveway blocked access to the yard. We as safety professionals, were shocked that there was only one entry or exit door. No check in info was sent to us, hence I had to hunt down the owner several times. Don't think the pictures of the outside are completely accurate. When we first got to the location there were cars all over the street even one in the sole parking spot for the house. Had to ask owner to get it moved
