A little run down. And a whole lot of rules!! Hot tub isn’t heated. No towels for the pool…not allowed to use the house towels. Not enough chairs outside. No hot water in one bathroom. Overall we had a good stay but could have been great with HOT Hot tub"

The unit was very comfortable and there's definitely no shortage of restaurants and shopping within an easy drive even tho the unit is in a quiet and secure neighborhood. Quick access to I-45 allowed us easy mobility to our son's event in the Woodlands and sight-seeing in other parts of the city.
