The house on the same property was vacant and had garbage and lumber in the front yard. The neighborhood was in the same state of disrepair. The 'courtyard' really was a SMALL patch of pseudo grass at the back door. I had reached out to the host several times before our checkin date and received no response whatsoever. "Room was good and location was walking distance to almost all areas a tourist would visit. Only reason I would not stay there again is due to the restaurant/bar located below the rooms. It’s a party at all hours up to 1am. "
