"The bed was very comfortable, and property was generally quite clean. The property is very convenient to the highway and down town Ashville and the Biltmore Estate. We had mixed feelings about the staff; the evening person on the front desk was very nice and helpful, but we found the day person was a little testy when we arrived at 3pm and checkin was 4 pm"

"Hotel serves complimentary popcorn in the lobby. Carpeted walkway to our room was littered with popcorn on the day we checked in and the day we checked out. Not sure if it was ever cleaned. Room was clean and spacious."

"Nice yard for quick and easy toilet breaks for my dogs. Screened in porch for relaxing and listening to the river flow over the rocks Well stocked kitchen and plenty of blankets for cozying up in the living room Appreciate all the extras including a cabinet of games & puzzles. We used Both a/c @ heat but sunny every day. Foggy most mornings and multiple deer."
