"I love the location of this villa. It was clean and communications with the property manager were great. You do need to rent a car or at least we did because we’re older and walking distance or riding bicycles is not our thing. Turks and Caicos is a beautiful island and the islanders are so friendly and kind. The location the villa is in is very quiet with a nice ocean view. We felt safe at all times. "Great location for both short walk to the beach as well as short walk to restaurants and shops. Simple one bedroom unit which has everything you need. Pool and gardens on the grounds are both beautiful. Construction on building next door ongoing FYI. This is our third time at this location-very satisfied."

"Great location, just as listed, plenty of amenities, clean. Once I arrived the points of contact in the community were very helpful. I would stay there again for sure. My only feedback was more the 3rd party “angel host” that managed the booking. They would send erroneous emails, provide In accurate info, require to use other sites outside of Vrbo, "

There was even beautiful music being played on the tv when we walked in. Highly recommend this place if you’re staying in Turks. We loved it! A little hard to find at first but once we did, it was fine. Close to grace bay and all the hot spots. Stay here. You won’t regret it. "
