"Sound proofing not really preventing noise. At night time it was very noisy. Cleanliness is ok. Staff very accomodating. Problem with check in but staff came in few minutes to assist. "

"Fantastic location for a stay in beautiful Bath. A lovely, clean and homely 2 bedroom apartment with comfy beds and lots of space. Hot showers a must after walking all day. Fully equipped kitchen and easy instructions for recycling and rubbish disposal. The stairs were not an issue and are very well looked after. A 2 minute walk for breakfast or a meal in the evening. Highly recommended. Will book again if ever in Bath."

"Yes, this property is 220 years old, but it is magnificent. The living room is expansive and the bedroom is huge. And it is all decorated with care and appropriateness. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has a table for two, if you don’t want to spread out on the full dining table in the great room. We particularly liked the pillows. There were dozen on the bed, and four sofas! We can’t wait to return."

"Overall the stay was good. The accommodation was clean, shower is powerful and bed is comfortable. The only thing was breakfast cancelled and pub was closed for the entire stay which means no food or drink nearby. They called and told me the day before check in so I couldn’t book elsewhere. "

"This is such a nice property, clean, bright and fresh! The location is ideal for exploring Bath. We arrived after 9 days in a hotel in London, and it was great to have access to a kitchen and washing machine. My elderly dad really appreciated the lift. Communications and check-in were easy, and our hosts were instantly available by phone when we had a question about the front door access. We also loved the recommendations for local pubs and restaurants. Thank you!"

"Great location, beautiful rooms, lots of space. It was an easy walk to the city centre. Groceries are a five minute walk away. The kitchen had everything (dishes, cookware, utensils, dishwasher, etc.). The host was very good at communicating prior to our stay and was very helpful when we arrived and during our stay. "We were in Yeovil for a few days to visit the Fleet Air Arm Museum and Haynes Motor Museum. It had everything we needed for a self catering stay but was also close to shops and some restaurants. It was just like the photos and felt quite indulgent. I'd happily go back there."
